About order processing & delivery.

We know that once you've paid for your order you'll be waiting for it to be delivered. We will do our best to ensure the quickest possible delivery of your order.

During the checkout process you will be provided with the most suitable and available delivery method for the shipping of your order along with the anticipated delivery time.

The delivery times shown are from the time you place your order to the time we estimate delivery to your door!

Most items are delivered by Australia Post or Transdirect Couriers, on occassion we may use an alternate carrier to expedite delivery of your order.

Processing of Your Order
We normally commence processing of your order within 24 hours of receipt. DO NOT be alarmed if your order status is still 'processing' after 2 or 3 days, we may be awaiting the arrival of an item from a supplier. The delivery time specified during the checkout process takes these factors into consideration and we should still deliver within the specified time frame.

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12noon WST.

Our most common method of delivery and most cost effective. While not as quick as Express Post, if you are patient you can take advantage of the savings this service can provide. For most capital cities delivery is normally around 6-8 days with a couple of extra days for country locations (depending upon actual location).

Our system will advise you if your items are eligible for Express Post shipping. This is commonly used for items that are readily available for immediate shipping. We use 500g, 3kg & 5kg Express Post satchels for these orders. Delivery to most capital cities is around two days with a couple of extra days for country locations (depending upon actual location).

Ideal for delivery of items required urgently, again our system will offer this service if eligible items are in your cart. Express Post Platinum is an overnight delivery service to most capital cities. We can generally send out orders to be delivered in Express Post Platinum satchels on the same day for orders received by 12noon WST however as these satchels can only be lodged across the counter at an Australia Post outlet we will make every effort to ship your order the same day but unfortunately due to this requirement we offer this service subject to shipping no later than the day after order placement.

Transdirect is used for the shipping of large/oversized orders eg planes. These items due to their size are not cost effective to be sent by normal air mail and Transdirect will carry them by road however most items are generally delivered within 10 days. All items sent by Transdirect are trackable online from their website.
