Any personal details provided by you by completing a form on this web site may, unless you have opted against, be used to send you additional information about products and services. They will only be used to send you additional information by email if you have indicated your willingness to receive such communications. We never SPAM or send you email more than once a week even if you choose to receive our mailings (with exceptions of automatic -triggered- emails such as stock availablity; and order confirmations which you specified to receive). Your details will be held securely in our contacts database for this purpose. You may ask to have your record removed from this database at any time. You may alter your choice to opt-out at any time. We do not ask for or collect any sensitive personal data and please remember we do not ask for your password! Hobby Scene will not provide your personally identifying information to any third party, without your consent except that information may be provided to national or local government organisations if required by law. We do not sell nor give out mailing lists to third parties for any purpose. . - Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before we processing of your order is commenced, you can do so from your account page. You should also send an email to sales@hobbyscene.com.au including your order number. Refunds are generally processed within 48 hours.
If for any reason you wish to send us un-open, non-defective products back to us for return or refund, please obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number -before- you send your return back to us and within 30 days from the purchase. No returns will be accepted without RMA number and you will not get refund without this number.
Please note that your return postage, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made when product is received and not before.
If you have received a manufacturer defect product, please obtain RMA number and send defect product back to us. Once the product is received, we will send you new one. There will be no additional shipping charged to you but sorry, we can not reimburse the return postage. Replacement of items is subject to product warranty. - Order Processing
- We normally commence processing of your order within 24 hours of receipt. DO NOT be alarmed if your order status is still 'processing' after 2 or 3 days, we may be awaiting the arrival of an item from a supplier. The delivery time specified during the checkout process takes these factors into consideration and we should still deliver within the specified time frame. Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12noon WST.
- Payment & Pricing
- Full payment must be received and cleared prior to the shipping of your order. We accept Paypal as our preferred payment method, direct bank deposit is also available for Australian customers.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled within 48 hours of our attempt to communicate with you. - Orders
- We send order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails automatically. These are generated emails and occasionaly get mistaken for junk email by filters. Please check your junk email folder and set your email filters to allow emails from hobbyscene.com.au. If you have account with us, your order confirmation and shipment tracking numbers are also available on your account page.
